Zachary Gray

Our son, brother, and uncle Zachary Stephen Roy Gray returned home to his Heavenly Father unexpectedly on April 4th, 2015, at the age of 28. He was born in Tucson, AZ to Stephen and Janet Gray on February 12, 1987. Zac grew up in Tucson, AZ and South Jordan, UT. He graduated from Bingham High School in 2005.
Zac found great joy in life spending time with his family and friends. He was dearly beloved by his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed riding motorcycles with his father and brother-in-law, Nathan Lyon. He loved fishing and being in the outdoors with his closest friends. He was a devoted Broncos fan. Zac was always up for an adventure, and eager to try new things.
Zac had many struggles throughout his short life. We are so proud of his ability to conquer these struggles during the last year of his life. We are grateful for the support of good friends, loving family, and faithful church leaders in their continual support of Zac.
Zachary is survived by his parents, Stephen and Janet Gray. Sisters, Rachel Crump (Adam), Christa Lyon (Nathan), Jessica Bailey (Ryan), and nine nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 10th, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Herriman Rose 1st Ward, 13122 S. Herriman Rose Blvd., Herriman, UT. A viewing will be held Thursday, April 9th, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Herriman Rose 1st Ward and Friday morning at the church, from 9:45 – 10:45 am prior to the service. Interment, Herriman City Cemetery, 12465 S. Pioneer St., Herriman, UT.
