Zachariah Connor Sandage

Zachariah Connor Sandage, fondly known as Zach by all who knew him, was born March 15th 2003. He passed away in his sleep on the morning of May 30th 2022 at the age of 19 in Taylorsville, Utah. Zach was received into the loving arms of his grandparents, Fred Sandage Sr. who recently passed away on September 8th, 2021, and Deann Sandage who passed away on December 8th 2021. He is survived by his parents, Fred and Anji Sandage, and his siblings Alex, Jacob, and Brie, as well as his many cousins, aunts, uncles, and his maternal grandparents.
Zach was a smart kid with a huge heart, and a bright happy personality. He made a big impact on everyone that he came into contact with, and he had many friends and many people who loved him dearly. He recently graduated from Taylorsville High School, class of 2021 where he graduated with honors in the area of food and nutrition Sciences. His favorite things were science, cooking, and anything to do with space, and he loved watching cooking shows and science documentaries. As a child, his favorite book was a physics textbook and as a 10 year old, he knew more about stars and galaxies than anyone we know. He was fascinated by true crime dramas, and had recently enrolled in SLCC with the intent to study forensics and criminal justice.
Funeral services will be held on June 11th 2022, with a viewing at 10am and a memorial service at 11am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints building located at 6030 Kamas Dr, in Taylorsville Utah.
