Winona Elaine Stroud (Bay), age 48, died May 17, 2021 in Clearfield, Utah, She was born May 7, 1973 in Oroville, California to Joseph Parent and Cleo Mathews. She later married Brian Stroud. She loved reading, playing games, sewing, writing poetry, and painting. She especially loved spending time with her friends, and her family. She is survived by her daughters Amanda Begay, Sierra Bay, her son Troy Stroud, sister Jessica Southern, brother Frank Parent. Her loving husband Brian Stroud. She is proceeded in death by her mother Cleo Mathews and her father Joseph Parent.
