William Charles Bertelsen

William Charles Bertelsen, age 86, passed away June 1, 2020 at his home in Murray, Utah. He was born September 5, 1933 in Lima, Montana to Charles Bertelsen and Mary Hazel Hancock. He served in the Navy beginning December 2, 1955 and was honorably discharged on August 23, 1957.
Bill was hardworking; he loved driving truck, animals, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Bill (Ann) Bertelsen, Lorie Peacock, and Jean (Vaughn) Carlston. He also leaves his grandchildren, Charity, Brandy, Desiree, Laci, Ashley, Nuthaniel and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Hazel (Hancock) Bertelsen and a grandson, Justin Carlston.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Memorial Holladay~Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 South Highland Drive, Holladay, UT. Interment will take place at the Memorial Holladay Cemetery, 4900 South Memory Lane, Holladay, UT at 12:30 pm.
