Wesley “Wes” Jay Anderson

December 30, 1952 — May 2, 2019

Wesley “Wes” Jay Anderson
Our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully on May 2, 2019. He was born on December 30, 1952 to Fred and Betty Anderson in Cedar City, Utah. He proudly served an LDS mission in Montana. He was a truck driver for more than 30 years, with over a million accident free miles across all states. He married Heidi Lorraine on November 26, 1994. They were later sealed in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. They had 25 wonderful years together. Wes loved going to the movies with Heidi even if it meant going at midnight for the first showing. When he wasn’t busy driving across the country, he could be found working on a number of cars. He enjoyed collecting swords and knives. He had a love for the great outdoors, camping, swimming and hunting. He instilled a strong work ethic in his children. To always provide for your family.
Wes is survived by wife, his children, Douglas, Christopher, Michelle, James, Jay Michael, and Jason, great friends David and Rosemary Warner, 16 grandchildren, and niece and nephews Collin, Timothy, and Cindy.
Wes was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Melanie, and two brothers Lynn and Alan.
Private family services. Wes was intered at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
