Warren Steve Fanger
Age 78. Passed away on February 28, 2022 in West Jordan,UT.
Warren was born on November 3, 1943, in Pierre, SD, to Walter and Inez Fanger.
He married Diane Jasmer-Fanger
on August 18, 1984.
As a child, he rode a horse to school with 2 of his sisters in the small town of Miller and graduated highschool from Warner,
South Dakota.
He graduated from Rapid City School of Business with an accounting degree and went on to become a CPA.
Warren’s many hobbies included following many Sports teams (Utah Jazz, BYU, Denver Broncos).
He was an avid antique collector including Sports Cards and John Deere memorabilia.
He could often be found out on the water enjoying boating, water skiing, camping
and hunting.
He is survived by Wife: Diane Jasmer-Fanger.
Children: Joan Fanger-Aman, Scott Jasmer (Stacie), Lana Fanger, Devona Carpenter (Dwight)
Sister: Bessie Aman (Rollie)
12 Grandchildren Children, 10 Great Grandchildren Children
He is preceded in death by parents Walter and Inez Fanger, siblings Walter Jr. Fanger, Ina Rose Foreman, Alice Sandmier, Della Wilken.
His ashes will be laid to rest at Star Point, Adams, North Dakota sometime after the
“SNOW MELTS”;)
The family would like to thank all of our friends and neighbors for their prayers,
love, and support. A heartfelt thank you to Diane for caring for our father for the last 8 years.
He was loved and well taken care of. We are also so greatful to all our friends
at InterMountain Home Care and Inspiration Hospice.
