Viola Goff

October 19, 1919 — January 30, 2014

Viola was born in Marshall, TX to Henry and Hattie Brown. She moved to Salt Lake City in 1958. She was an excellent cook, always cooking for family and friends, fundraisers, church and other organizational functions. She also worked as a cook for over 40 years, 20 of which was at The Tiffany Room at ZCMI. Viola was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church and a longtime member of Timpanogos Temple #483 and Eastern Star. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by both parents and 8 siblings. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1090 South State Street, with a viewing one hour prior to services at the church.
