Victoria (Tori) DiAnn Andreason Choi-Perez, 34 years young, Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away April 3rd, 2025, with her loving father and husband at her side.
Tori was born on September 27, 1990, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her mother, Debra Kaye Andreason, brought this incredible spirit into the world, with the loving support of Tori’s grandma, DiAnn Andreason. At less than two years of age, Tori received one of the greatest gifts in the form of her loving earthly father, Michael Dan Sorensen, who stepped in, filled the void, and was the best father possible. Tori’s parents would marry and raise her together in a very loving home. Tori’s childhood home would begin to fill with her siblings.
In 2008, a student at Riverton High School, Tori met Johanan Choi-Perez. It wouldn’t be until 2012 before their paths would cross in the line of destiny. Tori and Jo would marry on January 16, 2014. They welcomed their first daughter, Aleena Mimieux Choi-Perez, on May 30, 2014. Two years later, on September 30, 2016, baby Audrianna Genevieve Choi-Perez would complete their family. Tori loves her family very much. Her daughters are the pride of her heart. Tori crossed through the veil knowing that Alee and Audri are going to do amazing, beautiful things. She will always be watching over them, guiding and protecting them, and celebrating every milestone ahead of them.
Tori has the most beautiful soul. She loved surrounding herself with people and accepted everyone just as they are. She was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor and would share her infectious laughter and beautiful smile with those around her often. She was so incredibly smart-too smart sometimes for her own good. She was able to maintain a high honor roll status without cracking open a book. Tori shared her adult life with many loved pets, most especially Sydney, her faithful, spoiled rotten dog, who passed away in August of 2024.
Tori is survived by so many people who love her including- Jo Choi-Perez (husband), Alee Choi-Perez (daughter), Audri Choi-Perez (daughter), Debbie and Dan Sorensen (mother and father), Braeden Sorensen (brother), Bailey (Blake) Carpani (sister), Elijah Sorensen (brother), Ryker Sorensen (brother), DiAnn (Darrald dec.) Andreason (grandmother), John (LaRhue dec.) Davies (grandfather), as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held. Friends and family are invited to join in honoring Tori at this service on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM, 13768 South 6400 West, Herriman, Utah at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Light dinner to follow.
