Uuldrik Boekweg

Uuldrik Boekweg Jr., age 91, passed away on September 24, 2018, at his home in Mount Pleasant, UT. He was born on July 27, 1927 in Ogden (Riverdale), UT to Uuldrik Boekweg and Hiltje VanDerVeen. He married Eva Coleman on May 28, 1954 and they were together until her passing. He married Margaret Spears on February 14, 1995.
Uuldrik loved being with his family, taking little trips, and hunting with his boys. He spent his career working for Wonder Bread. He was a very active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had a strong testimony of the Savior. He loved being a temple worker in the Salt Lake Temple.
He is preceded in death by his wife Eva Coleman Boekweg; sons Robert Christensen, Kevin, and Kelvin; wife Margaret Spears Boekweg; sisters Grave Rogers and Hilda Wilkins; brothers Abraham Buckway and Thomas Boekweg. He is survived by his brother Richard Boekweg.
A viewing will take place October 1, 2018, at 10:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT, 84123, with the funeral services taking place immediately after at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow funeral services at the same location.
