Tyler Anderson

March 31, 1986 — May 15, 2015

Our beloved husband, son, father, brother, and friend: Tyler Anderson passed away suddenly, May 15, 2015, at the age of 29. He has returned to his Heavenly Father that he loved so much, and tried to serve and please, to the best of his abilities. Tyler had a very special mission in life; to love others and to strengthen their testimony. He was particularly adept at understanding people’s needs, serving as a source of comfort to other misunderstood souls, and befriending those in need of a friend.
Tyler had a wonderful, glorious soul trapped in an unhealthy body.
Tyler was born in Naples, Italy, on March 31, 1986. His earthly parents were Rita Pasqua Grazia Costa, and Deryk Lynn Anderson.
Tyler had a gentle disposition and playfulness evident by his love of Anime action figures, and happily spent many an hour playing video games with his beloved sister Barbara.
Perhaps Tyler’s greatest source of happiness was marrying the love of his life, Sarah Stocks. They were married on September 3, 2010, in the Salt Lake City Temple. The couple welcomed their son Isaac Curtis Anderson, in Oct. 2011. They will be blessed with a second child in December 2015.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Wendell and Joyce Anderson, his maternal grandparents Vincenzo and Carmela Costa, and his uncle Nicola Costa.
Tyler is survived by his bride, Sarah Anderson, his son Isaac Anderson, his parents Deryk and Rita Anderson, and his siblings: Luana Johnson, Daniel Anderson, and Barbara Overby.
His untimely death has left us deeply sorrowful, but we take comfort in the assurance that he is finally free from his unhealthy earthly body, and the promise of everlasting life. He will always remain in our hearts, until we are reunited for all eternity.
A private viewing for family only will be held on May 19th, after which Tyler will be buried in the Logan Cemetery.
A general memorial service will be held May 27th, at 7:00 PM, at the LDS Chapel at 2115 East, Sublette Place, Sandy UT, 84093. Condolences may be left for the family at www.MountainViewMortuary.com.
