Tracy Moore

Tracy Ann Moore is one of God’s special angels in heaven now and free from pain. She was born April 27, 1963 to Edwin R. and Mary T. Moore. Tracy had many struggles throughout her life but was happy and loved deeply by her parents and her brother, Craig. Tracy passed away June 2, 2016 in the Woodland Park Care Center. Prior to her stay at Woodland Park, Tracy lived in a group home in West Valley City, where she participated in activities and won medals in the Special Olympics. Tracy always had a big smile on her face and had a genuine love for people. We are comforted to know she is now in the loving arms of her mother and father. Tracy is survived by brother Craig Moore and her niece and nephew. Graveside services and the interment for Tracy will be officiated by Reverend John E. Norman and will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Mountain View Memorial located at 3115 East Bengal Blvd. (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Special thanks to all the people who cared for Tracy throughout the years. You all hold a special place in our heart.
