Tola Mae Kelly was born May 29, 1950 in Worland, Wyoming. She was the
youngest child of Samuel Earl Kelly and Nellie Dean Warford Kelly. She
died of cancer September 20, 2013 at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Her children and Hospice were caring for her.
She grew up in Worland, graduating from Worland High School in 1968.
She attended Casper College.
Tola married John Miller on June 20, 1970 and they lived with their three
children in Worland until 1981 when the family moved to Evanston where
Tola and John were later divorced.
Tola and the children moved to Salt Lake City in 1985. She worked at
various law firms as a legal secretary before retiring in 2011.
Tola met Tom Stewart in 1996 and they merged their families in 1997. In
2008 they were married. She was proceeded in death by her husband Tom
October 12, 2010.
Survivors include: Michael (Daniel Smith), Abby Lynne (Nic Stark), Rick
(Amber) Mathes, Tami (Steve Anderson), Steffani (Manuel) Fabela, Tiffani
(Dan) Young, and Justin Stewart.
Grandchildren: Izzy Ohms, Dominique and Dallas Fabela, Nyah and Jacob
Young; Kyrsti, Braxton(McKenzie), and Garrett (Juliana) Anderson, Max Snedden; Zoey, Gracie
and Brody Stewart; Bridger and Decklan Mathes.
Other survivors include her brother Mason (Sharon) Kelly and sister Bonnie
(Bill) Hefenieder of Worland, WY; sister Betty Ernst of Casper, WY. Her
sister-in-law Minnie Kelly of Stevensville, MT and an aunt, Josie Potter of
Lolo, MT; her mother in law, Arlene Rodgers and sister-in-law Sarah
Anderson of Phoenix, AZ as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tola loved and enjoyed her retirement traveling and spending time with
family, as well as volunteering her time with in local Salt Lake school
elementary classrooms.
Leaving too soon, she will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
There will be a celebration of her life at the Stewart-Miller family home on
the 28th from 2-5 pm.
