It is with a sadden heart that two beautiful girls mourn the loss of their beautiful mother.
Tiffany Patricia “Trisha” Peterson Otto, 38, of Salt Lake City Utah, passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2022. She was born to parents Randy Peterson and Cindy Blockovich on July 22, 1983.
Tiffany leaves behind a legacy in her two beautiful daughters, Madisyn Alexis and EmmaLynn Brooklyn. Although the time Tiffany had with her daughters was limited, she cared for them deeply and thought of them often.
A message to her daughters. Sweet girls, we do not know the answers to the question of why, at least not now in this life. We do know that there is incredible value in pain, sorrow and hurt. You will ultimately find truth and beauty and wisdom and peace. May you learn from this that nothing lasts forever, not pain or joy. May you learn the lesson that joy cannot exist without sadness. Wisdom cannot exist without suffering. Gratitude cannot exist without deprivation. May you use this to find Joy, Wisdom and Gratitude in your life. Tiffany, your mother would want nothing less for you.
Tiffany sadly leaves her precious daughters, Madisyn Alexis Peterson and EmmaLynn Brooklyn Peterson-Eddy, of whom she was immensely proud of and loved deeply. She is also survived by her husband Robert Otto, her father Randy Peterson (Karen), her sister Amy Welsh and her nieces Paige Welsh and Kailee Welsh and nephew Kasey Welsh.
Preceding her in death were her grandmothers Ruby Peterson and Joan Antczak. Her grandfathers Vern Peterson and Doug Antczak. Her mother Cindy Jo Blockovich.
A private memorial service will be held for Tiffany’s family.
In lieu of flower donations can be made to her daughters.
The family would like to give a special Thanks to Patty Haws for all the help and support through this difficult time.
