Thomas A Siebert

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas A Siebert. Tom passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2020 at the age of 94. He was born January 2, 1926 to William and Myrtle Siebert in Bancroft, Idaho.
Tom proudly served his country in the US Navy during World War II. He married the love of his life, Eva Sommer on November 20, 1951. Tom drove truck for IML for 30 years. He later drove truck for Skaggs Alpha Beta making deliveries to the home centers. He loved his horses. He was a member of the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Posse, which he enjoyed. He loved being outdoors and taking numerous road trips to Idaho to visit family. He loved being with his grandkids who called him “Poppy.”  He loved his rodeos and going to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
Tom is preceded in death by the love of his life Eva and 2 children. His is survived by his younger brother and 2 children. Tom and Eva had several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, whom they loved with all their hearts.
A graveside service will be held December 21, 2020 at 1:00 at Memorial Holladay Cemetery.
