Terry Jay “Coach” Hayes

Terry Jay “Coach” Hayes was born May 14, 1951 Passed away June 20, 2020. Coach was born to Darwin and Beth Hayes the 3rd of 4 children.  Sometime bricklayer by trade.  Enjoyed hanging out with Friends at his storage unit and drinking beer.  He is preceded in death by his infant daughter Marcy and his parents.  Survived by his 2 sisters and 1 brother, 5 nephews and many great nieces and nephews, many friends that he hang around with over the years.  Especially Clarence Montgomery to thank for his unwavering help and friendship to our brother.  At Coach’s request there will be no funeral. He wants his ashes to be spread at his favorite place or two.  Arrangement entrusted to Memorial Lake View Mortuary. Bountiful, UT.
