Teddi Miller (Bryan)

January 24, 1963 — October 13, 2014

TEDDI LYNN MILLER (BRYAN)
Loving niece, daughter, granddaughter & friend. Teddi Lynn Miller returned to her Father in Heaven, October 13, 2014 in Mesa Arizona.
Born January 24, 1963 to Gerald Alan and Wanda L. Larsen Miller in Winnemucca, Nevada. She was raised by her grandma Larsen for the first five years and then moved to Salt Lake City where she grew up with her beloved mother. She was very active in her church and gained many awards for her duties. She went to NIBLEY PARK Elementary School & GRANITE HIGH SCHOOL. In 1988-90 she moved to Seattle Washington where she was happy for a season. She earned a degree in Counseling and worked as a Chemical dependency counselor for many years. She brought delight to all those she knew in the earlier years of her life. She loved dogs
& cats and had at least six dogs during her life. Animals gave her peace. Teddi also loved helping people.
During the years (2011-2014) she moved back to Salt Lake City. She went through a lot of changes. She was happy and she was miserable, she laughed and she cried, she stumbled and fell but she always got up. She wasn’t perfect, but she tried. She just wanted to be happy & strong. Her trials in this mortal life were many. She always tried be a good person & a good friend. The last five years of life were very challenging for Teddi. It was a turbulent time of painful loneliness, fear and regret. Many of her friends and family were hurt and affected by it. Deep inside her heart she was grateful to all of those who gave her a hand and a shoulder to cry on.
Her dreams and hopes as she wrote in her journal in her last two months were “Sobriety-no smoking read the scriptures, pay back and work with people, renew values, integrity, self- worth, self-esteem and most important be in harmony and have a relationship with her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ” (her own writings ). She had a sense of humor, she became friends with a sister in the church named Lisa, they were like sisters and she told us Teddi (Bryan) had a contagious laugh till the end.
She was deeply loved by her aunt Terri and Uncle G. Nathan. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her in the good and bad times. She is free of mortal and spiritual pain. She has a better understanding of what her mortal life was. She is reunited now with her beloved mother Wanda, Father Gerald, grandparents Leland Ivan Larsen, Maud Brown Larsen, cousin Julia who deeply loved her.
Teddi as we called her, we love her very much, she was our family and will always be in our hearts until we meet her again. Life must go on and she would have wanted all of her friends and family to be happy and remember her as a person that in her last days she fought and was
in harmony with her Heavenly Father and died with good friends in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints in Mesa Arizona.
She is survived by her Aunt Terri Freeman of Virginia, her uncle G. Nathan Larsen of Salt Lake, Craig Larsen of Logan, Chad and Carl Larsen of Billings Montana, her extended family friend-brother Jeff Hutchings whom she loved and many cousins and their families.
There will not be funeral services at any church. Rather, a graveside memorial service will be held Friday November 07, 2014 @ 12:30 p.m. at the Salt Lake City cemetery where friends may come and say good bye. Any questions please contact G. Nathan Larsen in face-book. (LARSEN
