Tamera “Tammy” May Hofheins, age 62, passed away on August 23, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on December 20, 1958 in Salt Lake City to Sheldon Bruce Hofheins and Doris May Hansen.
Tammy loved writing, football (especially the Green Bay Packers and BYU) and David Cassidy.
She is survived by her sister, Teresa Hofheins; cousins, Laura (Jeff) Seidel of Arlington, Texas, Elisa (Gregg) Wilson, John (Delores) Sterns, and Aunt Connie Sterns, all of Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Hansen Hofheins and her father, Sheldon Bruce Hofheins.
There will be no viewing or funeral at her request. Graveside services will take place on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Elysian Burial Gardens located at 1075 East 4580 South, Millcreek, Utah. Interment to follow at the same location.
