Susan S. Johnson

Susan passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 7, 2017. She was born on January 11, 1944. She married Willard M. Johnson on March 25, 1961 after being set up on a blind date. They just recently celebrated their 56th anniversary.
She loved oil painting, sketching, quilting, movies and playing with her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Susan owned her own beauty salon. Worked for many years at Beehive International, then retired from the Salt Lake Circuit Court.  What she cherished most was spending time with her family and her Poodles!
She is survived by Willard Johnson (husband), 3 daughters Deanna Coon (Steve), Cris Childs (Greg), Teresa Jensen (Andy), 18 Grandkids and 10 Great-grandkids (and one on the way) and sister, Patricia Hatch (Bill).
She was preceded in death by her Parents and sister, Sharon Ross.
The family would like to give a special thanks to their hospice nurse Sheryl.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
