Adored wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt passed away on April 26, 2019 of natural causes.
Stella was born in Pagosa Springs, Colorado to Necholas Archuleta and Juanita Archuleta on May 21, 1941. She married John Gonzales in Grand Junction, Colorado on July 7, 1960. They were happily married for 53 years. Stella enjoyed her many trips to Wendover, playing Bingo, her Diet Coke, and listening to the Chisme. She loved spending time with her great-grandkids. She was very close with her grandsons: Johnny, Joseph, and Benjaman Gonzales and her great-grandkids: Little Johnny, Surena, and Isaac Gonzales.
Stella is survived by her sons: Rory, David Lee, and Ronald Gonzales, 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 5 sisters, 1 brother, many nieces and nephews, and friends who loved her dearly.
Special thanks to our whole family who loved and cared for her in her time of need.
Interment services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, May 17, 2019 at Utah Veterans Memorial Park 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale.
