Skye Schooley

With the heaviest heart we say goodbye to a wife, daughter, mother, and sister, Skye “Skye Pie” Schooley.  Skye was born on March 22, 1982 to Don and Cathy Schooley.  She was married to Thomas Yazzie.
Skye was such a colorful person.  She never shied away from speaking her mind or showing the love she had for the people in her life.  She had a soft spot in her heart for animals.  She loved to work hard and get the job done.  She had an addicting smile, and an even more addicting laugh.  Through her struggles she never ceased to amaze us with the strength and will to keep moving forward.
Skye is survived by her husband Thomas, daughter Taij, parents Don and Cathy, brothers Preston and Tayler, a special grandmother Carole, niece Jersie, as well as a large extended family and friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, 3:00 pm, at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
In lieu of flowers please give to The Haven or a charity close to your heart in the name of Skye.
She was the brightest star in the darkest of skies.  We will see you on the other side.  Much love to you.
