Shirley Foulger

Together Forever ~ Beloved mom and grandmother returned to the arms of her eternal companion December 29, 2014. Born January 24, 1934 to Wayne Startin and Lorene Snarr. Married her sweetheart Gene C. Foulger, February 7, 1952; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple February 25, 1955. She is a member of the LDS Church and faithful visiting teacher. Shirley enjoyed sports and supported her grandkids in their various activities. She had a beautiful alto voice. She loved to knit and crochet, creating beautiful works with her talent which she shared with family and friends. She could master any cross-word puzzle.
Survived by children: Mark (Allice), Shirlene (Ken) Wright, Sharon Foulger (Chris), Suzy (Barry) Locke, Sandy (Gary) Webb; 19 grandchildren, 19 ½ great-grandchildren; brothers, Wayne Startin, Ron Startin and Dale Aste.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the South Jordan Parkway 2nd Ward, 3407 W. Lily Garden Lane (9625 So.).
