Sherrilyn “Sherry” Kay Adderley

November 25, 1960 — May 29, 2018

In Loving Memory. Our beloved mother and grandmother Sherrilyn Kay Adderley, age 57, passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, May 29, 2018. She was born November 25, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Wilvin Elwood B. Bowman and Clara Jane Covert. She married Richard Adderley in 1978, later divorced. Sherry was a loving woman who had a heart of gold. Her family, especially her kids and grandkids, were her everything. As a caring and sweet woman, she always put others before herself. Sherry truly touched the lives of many who were lucky enough to know her. Even with multiple health issues that would have made most give up. She continued to fight without complaints and a smile on her face. This showed her relentless willpower and her incredible zest for life. Sherry will be remembered most for her beautiful, giving soul. She will be forever missed. Sherry leaves behind her precious children, Richard (khrisma) Adderley, Klisty Adderley, grandkids Elijah, Kayden, and Alexis, brothers Billy and Mark, sisters Kathy and Chris, and numerous extended family. Sherry is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Donnie and David. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the compassionate care our dear sweet mom received at Avalon Valley Rehabilitation over the last seven years.
