Shaneka Danielle Daniels

Shaneka “Neka” Danielle Daniels, 26, of West Valley City, UT, was called to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 25, 2018. Shaneka was born on February 17, 1991, in Salt Lake City, UT. She attended Weber State University and Expertise Cosmetology Institute, and was a Certified Nursing Assistant. Shaneka was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, always an inspiration to others. Shaneka was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church, Salt Lake City, Utah; was a member of Granger High School’s drill team and was an accomplished hair stylist, choreographer and youth instructor.
Shaneka is survived by Robert and Sonjia Daniels (parents), Zayvion Dennis (son), Byron Dennis (fiancé); Gabriel (Angie), Shaunte’, Sha’von and Xavier (siblings), along with numerous family and friends.
Services will be held on February 2, 2018, at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1090 S. State Street, at 12:00 p.m. MT. Viewing will be on hour prior to services, at 11:00 a.m. MT. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Zavion Dennis’ Donation Trust Fund account at Cyprus Credit Union, Salt Lake City, Utah. Account #313664.
