Shamonique Hope Green, age 22, died on February 10, 2017 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on October 3, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hope Green.
Shamonique loved dogs, modeling, drawing and writing. Everyone loved her sunny smile and infectious laugh. Shamonique was a beautiful, kind soul who was sweet and good to all who knew her. She graduated from Highland High School. Following graduation she became a model and her artistic abilities blossomed. She had an amazing sense of humor and was generous to a fault. She made friends very easily and was always more concerned with others over herself. She was so good to care for her mom during her illness and was a true caregiver who loved everyone. She touched so many people’s lives in a positive way.
She is survived by her Grandmothers, Debra Green (Nana) and Bette Brickey; Grandfather, Ronald Green; Aunt, Stephanie Brown; Sister, Jasmine Jackson; Aunt Lonni; Aunt Kim and Jake; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hope Green; and her Uncle, Kelly Green.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Memorial Murray Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah.Service Information
