Dad was born in Elizabethtown, Illinois on October 25, 1944 to Irving Sisco and Vernice Esther Carmickle. His family later moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he grew up and lived most of his life, until he married Marilyn Lisonbee. Dad had many jobs, he was a Jack of all Trades, but the one he loved most was driving trucks. He worked for Halliburton Well Service for many years. “Old Red and Gray”, as he would say!
His main passions in life were racing stock cars, sprint cars, or anything on a dirt or roundy round track (as he would say). He loved to hunt, fish, and ride is motorcycles. He would go for long rides, with his wife, anywhere the road would take them.
Later in life he bought his pride and joy, besides his kids, a Harley Davidson! Old Green, as dad would call it.
Dad’s family meant the world to him. His friends were family, if you knew dad you were not a stranger and he never knew a stranger. He loved life and everyone in it. He passed doing what he loved most, riding. He did it his way!
He is survived by his wife, Adele, Salt Lake City, Utah. Daughters: Tina (Cliff) Peabody, Tonya (Terrill) Hunting, Tori (Matt) Zoller, all from Vernal, Utah. Sons: Jed (Jo) Bolton, Salt Lake City, Utah and Jerimy (Lauralee) Driffill, Cedar City, Utah. Many Grandkids: Shad, Trinity, and Jessalyn Peabody. Dustin, Patrick, Kyle, and Jared Hunting. Stephenie, Josh, Natelie, and Hope Zoller. Sami, Mitch, and Dalton Hanberg. Colby, McKaylee, Russell, and Jaycee Bolton. Wyatt, Zachary, and Justin Driffill and his baby (sassy britches). All of his brothers and 24 great-grandchildren plus one on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Irving and Esther Sisco, his brother Bill Sisco, sisters; Jean and Marie Sisco, daughter; Tasha Hanberg, and Grandson Emery Jed Bolton. He is also preceded in death by his dog’s Pooh, Bear, and Missy.
