Savelina Taumaoe Le’a Paleti passed away on May 15, 2021 in West Valley City, Utah at the age of 69. She was born on July 09th 1951 to Olovesi Lio and Savai’inaea Koli Kelemete in Western Samoa.
Savelina was the “life of the party” she loved to dance; this was her favorite pastime. She was a very hard worker and was the greatest caregiver to her children and those she came in contact with, everyone knew her as the “Samoan Doctor”. Her smile and laughter would brighten up any room. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by Matagi Maligi, Sakalia Tua, Isaia Tua, Posiula Leiataua, Peni, Johnny, Malia, Violet and Ese Le’a.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Lagolago Faia Paleti and Aukusitino Kelemete, Iakopo Jr. Le’a.
Her funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Granger 11th Ward located at 3175 South 3450 West in West Valley City, Utah 84119. Interment will be at Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery located at 6500 S. Redwood Road in Taylorsville, Utah 84123Service Information
