Sarah Jean Ball, age 81, passed away on May 2, 2020 at her home in West Jordan, Utah. She was born on December 19, 1938 in Modesto, California to Elwood and Mable Dorrity. She married James E. Ball on May 17, 1996 in Midvale, Utah.
Sarah enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, driving in the canyons, family trips, watching old movies, interior decorating, dogs, and running her own business. She loved spending holidays with her family, Christmas was very special to her.
She went back to school to complete her high school diploma and later accomplished getting her college degree in accounting. She was successful in running her own accounting business.
She was a wonderful mother and wife, and friend to all.
She is survived by her husband; James E. Ball, her son; Robert Labrum, her daughter; Christina Grassa, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held for Sarah on Friday, May 8th, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery located at 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah 84070.
Due to COVID-19 we must practice social distancing of being 6 feet apart and if desired you may wear personal protective equipment (gloves, face mask).
