Sadie Amber Young Fisher
August 6, 1977 — July 27, 2022
Family and friends mourn the loss of Sadie Amber Young Fisher, a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Born on August 6, 1977, Sadie will be remembered as a vivacious, loving, and powerful woman. Growing up, Sadie excelled at dancing, swimming and delighted in hours of play with her grandparents, camping, and dressing up in square dance slips. She was an audacious and protective older sister, never being too cool for sleepovers and makeovers with her younger sisters.
Sadie was a fun-loving mom. The adventures and experiences she shared with her children were thrilling, educational, and tailored to each individual’s interests. She was a shoulder to cry on and always there when they needed a hug. She adored all of her children and loved them unconditional, supporting them in everything they did and doing anything for them when she could.
Sadie was also a highly successful professional. Gifted with intelligence, a strong work ethic, natural leadership abilities and business savvy, she became a vice president of a mortgage company in her early 20s and continued a successful career in the mortgage industry.
Sadie is survived by her four beautiful children, Audrey, Morgan, Cole Young and Oakley Fischer; her mother Mary James; her father Pete Brown
and step-mother Pamela Brown; her sisters, Petra Brown, Philana Brown, Megan Watson, and Emily Bowne; and her six (and a half) nieces and nephew.
A visitation will be held on August 2, 2022 from 6-8 pm. A celebration of life will be held on August 3, 2022 at 2 pm at the Mountain View Mortuary and Cemetery, with a one hour viewing prior to services, followed by a graveside service in the Memorial Mountain View Cemetery.
