Russell Tew

Russ passed away peacefully at home at the age of 82 on September 1st, 2015. Russ was born on November 5th 1932 in Payson, UT to Charles Elden Tew and Naoma Hill. Russ married his sweetheart Shirley Ann Tuckett on August 29, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Russ had a love of woodworking, travel and his grandkids. You could always find him helping a friend or family member.
He is survived by Shirley, Annette, Gregg, Ray, Pamela, Mike, Scott, Laura and grandchildren Jessica, Jeremy, Cody, Cortnie, Amber and 3 great grandchildren, siblings Darrell & Deanna.
Russ is preceded in death by his parents, in-laws Ellis & Betty Tuckett, his son in law Mike, and his sisters Norma and Marlene.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday September 9th at 11 am with a viewing one hour prior at Winder 7th Ward 4350 South 1100 East Salt Lake City, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday September 8th from 6 to 8 pm at Murray Memorial 5850 South 900 East. Interment will be held at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
