Rose Marie Cowart Latter

Rose Marie Cowart Latter, age 85, passed away on May 27. 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on May 2, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John Wesley and Fanny McKendrick Cowart. She married Fullmer H. Latter Jr. on June 1950, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1960.
Rose was a lifelong student of all things animals and everything to do with medicine. She had 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. She dedicated her life to caring for her husband and family.
She is survived by her sons Fullmer III and Kirk; Daughters Larain and Ruth; and her sister Barbara Davis. Rose is preceded in death by her husband, Fullmer Harold Latter Jr., Daughter Linda Bo, and 3 sisters.
A graveside service will be held on June 1, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary and Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services from 2:00 – 2:45 pm at the same location.
