She Married Ramon (Ray) Gale Ellis February 4, 1952. Ray and Rosie had four children Rodney, Annette, Gaylon and Jolene. Rosanna spent most of her life in the service of others. She was a great example of Christ like love. Serving not only her family but taking care of all those around her. She was very active in the LDS church where she had many callings. She served as Primary President, Young Women’s President, and served in the Relief Society. The most important thing in her life was her family. She was truly selfless. Her wants and desires always took a back seat to her husband and children. Rosanna had many talents, she was a terrific cook and she always cooked as though company was coming. There was always enough food for extras. She loved to sew and was always a perfectionist. Ray and Rosie loved to dance and they danced beautifully together. Rosanna was always very active; she was a cheerleader in high school, loved to play baseball and have family water fights. She loved to camp and go on yearly vacations. She was so excited when her and Ray had the opportunity to go to Hawaii in 1986. It was the trip of her dreams. She loved her grandchildren and loved making quilts and baby shawl’s for each on as they were born. She was a wonderful wife, fabulous Mother, and the best grandmother and great-grandmother ever. She was truly a blessing to all of us and she will be missed ever so much. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Ramon G. Ellis, Son Gaylon (Annette Lilie) Ellis, two Daughters, Annette Taylor, and Jolene (Dennis) Mackay. Rosanna had16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
