Rosa Recendez

Rosa Amanda Recendez “Manda” born March 20, 1982 left us to be with our Lord in heaven on November 18, 2013 surrounded by loved ones. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah she graduated from East High School. Amanda loved being outdoors, traveling and the beach. Some of her favorite hobbies were photography, baking, reading, running and she loved her bacon!
Amanda is survived by her father Francisco Recendez, mother Rosa (Jose) Castro; brother Cisco (Naomi) Recendez, sister Mary Recendez. Nieces Sarai, Monique, Izabella and Sophia. Nephews Isaac, Johnny and Tony. Amanda will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt & cherished friend. She touched the hearts of many and was a true blessing to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed and remembered by her big beautiful smile.
A closed casket viewing and celebration will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 beginning at 11:00am at Grace Baptist Church located at 4737 West 4100 South, West Valley City, UT. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made during the memorial service.
