Ronald Meadows Steed
“Returned Home”
Our sweet son, brother, uncle, and friend to everyone passed away July 25, 2016, after a 45 year battle with a traumatic brain injury. Born October 25, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Donald and Norma Hancock Steed. Ronald graduated from Granger High School, and went on to study as an electrical apprentice. Ronald had an infectious smile, and never complained, always offering a friendly greeting and handshake. Ronald was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and he was able to achieve his goal of receiving his temple endowments.
Ronald is survived by his siblings, Virginia (Neldon) Curtis, Robert (Robyn) Steed, Katherine (Mark) Rubalcava, and Ricky J. Steed. Preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Milton Kimball and Phillip Martin Steed.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, July 29, 2016 at Memorial Redwood, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah with a viewing one hour prior at the mortuary.
Our family would like to thank Hal & Brenda Rosevall for their kindness and tender care of our dear brother, Ronald.
