Ronald Dean Brantley

Ron Brantley (74) passed peacefully in his sleep on August 13, 2018 in Mesa, AZ. He is now with his Heavenly Father & Savior as well as his beloved parents, siblings, and son (David).
He was born to Luther Brantley & Mary Mattie Gill on September 4, 1943 and had four siblings: Doug (deceased), Pete (deceased), Norma (deceased), & Don.  He was married to Sandra Bruner (divorced) and together they had five children: Gregory (Yurie), David (Elizabeth), Denese (Lyle), DeAnna (Adam), and Deborah (Alex). He has 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Following high school in Denver, CO, Ron joined the U.S. Air Force, where he served honorably. He then entered the Police Academy and served as a police officer in both Denver, CO and Winslow, AZ. He retired and moved to Oklahoma where he owned a taxi company and worked in the local jail.
After undergoing quadruple bypass surgery, he moved to Mesa, AZ where he lived out the remainder of his life here on Earth.
Ron was a happy and friendly man who was beloved by those he came into contact with. He was known as a flirt, a charmer, and as one who loved to tease. He will be greatly missed.
