Roger Allen Jansen

Roger Allen Jansen, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend has returned to the loving arms of his Father in Heaven on June 11, 2024, in Sandy, Utah.

 Born to Ronald L. Jansen and Carma L. Jansen on June 22, 1957, in Murray, Utah.

 Roger graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1976. He worked many years for Granite School District.  Roger loved watching and reading all kinds of sports, but he especially loved football from a very young age.  Survived by sisters Karen (Michael) Wight, Christine (Raymond) Wariner, brother Kirk B. Jansen and many nieces and nephews.

 Preceded in death by his parents Ronald L. Jansen and Carma L. Jansen, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold C. Bullock, Mr. and Mrs. Reinder Jansen Jr. and brother, Brent D. Jansen.

 Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary 3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, where family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Graveside service at 1:00 p.m.
