Rodo "Rose" Kallas

Rose Kallas, passed away on Oct 27, 2017. She was born on March 10, 1930 in Greece. Rose Kallas was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Rose’s greatest achievement in life are her 5 children, whom she loved unconditionally. Rose touched so many lives and will be missed by all. Her beautiful smile and wonderful declaration “I love you my child”  will be etched on our hearts forever.
Rose is preceded in death by her Husband Steve J Kallas, her parents and 4 of her siblings.
She is survived by her children Helen Kallas, John Kallas, Chris Kallas, Steve (Karen) Kallas, Maria (Terry) Jackson, Her sister Vula and brother George (Dimitra) Helioudakis. Her Grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Satter and staff, and Mountain West Medical and Lincare.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Trinity church.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (279 S 300 W, SLC) A viewing will take place at 10:00 AM prior to the funeral service also at the church. Interment will be in MT. Olivet Cemetery.
