Robert Warren Leiter

Robert Warren Leiter, age 88, was born in Salt Lake City, Utah son of John Crawford Leiter, and Denise Brown Leiter deceased. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Sorenson Leiter. Robert passed away peacefully on 12/15/17. He married Carolyn Sorenson 11/2/1948 and have been happily married  for 69 years, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 2002. Robert worked at the News Paper Agency as a pressman for 52 years, and was the union secretary for many years. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He had 4 sons, 2 daughters, 17 grandchildren, and 39 great grandchildren. He loved to watch the Utah Jazz, hunt, fish, and was a creative handyman, and a man of many talents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 21st at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 South (2000 East then East on Bengal Blvd) with a viewing from 1:00 -1:45 PM. Interment at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.MemorialUtah.com.
