Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017, 11:00 AM at Cannon 5th Ward, 1250 West 1400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Viewings will be held on Thursday, May 18 from 6 to 8 PM and Friday, May 19, 2017, 10:00 AM at the Cannon 5th Ward.
