Richard Ray Lefevre

November 7, 1942 — January 21, 2020

Richard Ray LeFevre was born on November 7th, 1942 in Tooele, Utah to Norman Wines LeFevre and Ramma Lou Smith. He returned home to his Heavenly Father on January 21st, 2020. Richard had a very happy childhood with is Mother Ramma, Aunt Lois and Uncles Buddy and Smitty. He had many adventures in the Tooele countryside with his cousins Rick, Sherry and Carl. Richard proudly served an LDS mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the France-Belgium Mission. After he returned, he proudly served his country by joining the United States Air Force and was a Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. After he returned, he caught the eye of his bride to be Claudine. They were sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple in 1972. In 1976 they welcomed their Daughter Priscillia into their home and their family was complete. During his career as a civilian Richard was a salesman, security guard and travel booking agent with Holiday Inn Worldwide. Richard also served two missions at the Church Family History Library for five years alongside his wife who was an employee on the French Nobility Project for the medieval department. Richard was also a High Priest and a member of the Quorum of the Seventy at the Stake level. In 1996 he welcomed Rick Suchil into his family when he married his Daughter. In 1999 Richard welcomed the birth of his first Granddaughter Hannah Victoria and again in 2001 his second granddaughter Lauren Isabelle. He will be very much missed by his three puppies, the pretty little Precious, the rambunctious Sport and the always calm and wise Yoda. We will always remember Richard as a kind Gentle Man who always had time to chat with anybody he crossed paths with. He loved to share his knowledge of everything. He loved a good book and a good television show, and he loved to tell you about it. Richard is survived by his Wife Claudine Marthe LeFevre, Daughter Priscillia Suchil his Son in law Rick Suchil and his Granddaughters Hannah Suchil and Lauren Suchil.
