Richard Lloyd Ivie

Richard Lloyd Ivie passed away May 29, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 13, 1935 in Ely, Nevada. His parents were Lloyd and Lyllis Ivie. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Glenna (McLeod) Ivie. They had three children: David, Joni (Steve) and Pamela (Scott); Six grandchildren: Danielle (Jedd), Aundrea, Nathanael, Tyler (Brooke), Katelyn and Brooklyn. He had four siblings: Terry (Jalene), Ronald, Marilyn and Valerie (Doug).
He was a born again believer in Jesus Christ. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, restoring classic cars and spending time with his family. He served his country in the Air Force and retired from Hill Air Force Base in 1990.

A viewing will be held at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah on Thursday, June 1st from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.  Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 2nd at Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah.
