Ricardo Chavez passed away on July 15, 2018 in Murray, Utah. He was born on December 29, 1946 in Piedras Negras, Mexico to Jose Chavez Rivera and Beatriz Vela De Chavez. He married Delia Mendez.
Ricardo loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but of all his hobbies, baseball was his favorite.
He is survived by his wife, Delia; his sons, Rick and Gilbert; and one grandchild, Alex.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior at Memorial Redwood Mortuary (6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah)
