Rhonda J. Bourek

Rhonda Jean Bourek passed away at home on August 17, 2020. She was born on August 23, 1949 to David Gregory Clarkson and Rhoda Luing Clarkson. She was the oldest of 5 children. She was originally from Salt Lake and moved to Fairbanks, AK when she was 16 with her family. Years later while visiting her Grandmother in Salt Lake she met Kenneth Lee Bourek and decided to stay, they were married on March 19, 1976. She worked for Skaggs, while going to school for tech support. She loved camping, fishing, cross stitching and knitting.
She worked at OC Tanner where she met many longtime friends, until she retired. She is now with her husband, mother and father. She is survived by her daughters Dixie Radakovich, Tracie Thomas, brothers and sisters, Gregory Clarkson, Steve Clarkson, Layne Clarkson and Cheri (Don) Horman. Donna Bourek, Elci (Mike) Chapman, Ciel (Viv) White, Sherrie (Steve) Wiley. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews. The family would like to thank, Dennis at Intermountain Homecare and Hospice. The support of Jan Gibbs, (grandma also) who stepped up to watch Dixie’s kids while she was able to be by her mother’s and sister’s side these last few weeks.
