Reid was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming August 21, 1958 to Willis Duane Smith and Alice Bryan Smith. Reid passed away April 23, 2018 at Huntsman Cancer Center.
He is survived by his wife Diane Smith, his mother Alice Smith, his sister and brother in law Alexa and John Baxter, his step daughters Jessica (Beau), Jenna (Matt), and Jeanne (Keith), five grandchildren, Gabe, James, Taelah, Mattie, and William.
He was preceded in death by his father W.D. Smith, and his brother Wade Smith.
A gathering and Memorial service will be held May 1, 2018, from 6 to 8, at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
