Raul “Bubba” Rivera Castillo

Raul (Bubba) Rivera Castillo, our beloved son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and friend passed away in a tragic accident on October 6th, 2018.
He was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and grew up in Murray, Utah. He was the youngest of three children. Raul was known for his ability to make anyone and everyone laugh, his outgoing personality, contagious smile, and for having such a big, caring and tender heart.
Raul loved to skateboard, as well as playing soccer, basketball and lifting weights. He had a passion for music, he loved gloving to electronic dance music, and rapping to his favorite artist, as well as making his own raps, he was very creative.
He was very fun and adventurous, he was ALWAYS down to have a good time! There was never a dull or boring moment with Raul. He shared a very close and special bond with his sister, and with his pride & joy, his niece, Mia. He was such a momma’s boy, there wasn’t anything his mom wouldn’t do for him. And he will forever be his daddy’s little boy.
Raul is survived by his loving parents, Raul Rivera Miranda and Juana Castillo. His sisters, Marivel Rivera and Miriam Rivera. His cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Our lives will never be the same without Raul, but we will always have him in our hearts and we will continue to celebrate his life, for the rest of ours. We are so lucky to have this amazing angel watching over us. We can’t wait to see you again!
Nuestro amado hijo, hermano, primo, tío, sobrino y amigo falleció en un accidente trágico el día 6 de Octubre del 2018.
Nacido en la cuidad de Mexico y criado en Murray, Utah. Era el más chico de tres hermanos. Raúl era conocido por su manera de ser, podía hacer a quien sea y a cual quiera reír, tenía un sonrisa contagiosa y un corazón enorme y puro.
A Raul le gustaba andar en patineta, jugar fútbol, basquetbol y levantar pesas. Su pasión era la musica, bailar, cantar música rap, y escribir sus propios raps, era muy creativo.
El era gracioso y aventurero, con el Siempre había un buen ambiente, no había un momento de aburrimiento estando el.
Tenía una buena relación con su hermana y con la niña de sus ojos, su sobrina Mía. El era un hijo de mami, no había nada que su mamá no hiciera por el y por siempre será el niño chiquito de su papi.
Raul deja a sus queridos padres Raul Rivera Miranda y Juana Castillo, sus hermanas Marivel y Miriam Rivera, a primos, tías, tíos, y amigos.
Nuestras vidas nunca serán igual sin el, pero vivirá en nuestros corazones y continuaremos a celebrar su vida por lo que resta de la de nosotros. Que suerte tenemos de tener un gran ángel cuidándonos. Ansiosos esperamos verte de nuevo.
