Ralph Redd Robertson passed away February 16, 2015. Ralph was born August 29, 1927 to Ezra Finch and Bessie Pearl Winkler Robertson in Wanship, Summit, Utah. Graduate of South High School, Salt Lake City. Served in the Army during World War II. He apprenticed and then worked in the press room of Salt Lake Tribune/Deseret News over 40 years.
Married Carol Hadfield August 9, 1949. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS church.
Preceded in death by: parents, wife, 12 siblings, and twin great-granddaughters.
Survived by: son Chris Robertson, daughters Nancy (Kent) Potter and Betsy (Russell) Wade, 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cottonwood 10th LDS Ward, 4930 South Westmoor Road, Holladay. Family and friends may call Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and one hour prior to the service Saturday. Interment at Mountain View Memorial Park, 3115 E.
