Ralph Clyde Green

Ralph Clyde Green passed away on February 29, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on June 7, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Bob and Dorothy Green and then was raised by his step-father Eugene Johnson. He married Margaret Green on September 6, 1993.
Ralph gave three years of service in the 82nd Airborne, Army Division, including 28 jumps as a paratrooper and took one more leap on the 29th of February making it 29. He loved family barbeques and going camping. He always loved working on cars, especially with his children.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Margaret; children, Bart (Nikki), Brett, Dave Green, Shelly Gilbert (Mark), Dave (Kim), Kevin (Ruth); 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his fathers – Bob and Gene; mother Dorothy; brother Royal and Paul; daughter Wendy and son Kirk.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 6, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 17111 South 1700 West, Bluffdale, Utah. Friends and family may call at the Memorial Murray Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 10:00-12:00 Noon.  Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Memorial Holladay~Cottonwood Mortuary.
Our dad, father, grandfather and great-grandfather had so much love for all and everyone who knew him loved him too. He will be missed by all.
