Phyllis was born and raised here in Utah she lived in Garfield and later bought her home in Magna where she spent the majority of her life. She loved Music, Dancing, Cherry Pie, Vanilla Ice Cream and all types of animals she even had a peacock coming to her yard to eat and she looked forward to going outside to call it to eat. She loved to cook and bake and made some of the best enchiladas and pies and Quiche Lorraine.
She always considered herself fortunate as she had a large family. She was a woman that if you knew her you had to love her.
She brightened up any day with her beautiful smile and cute laugh. She loved to joke around and enjoyed having people around always.
She is survived by her Son Don R Pollock (Joan Pollock), Son Martin Pollock, Daughter Sherri Hillman (Dave Hillman). Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by Husband Robert Pollock, Her Father Stewart Robertson Mother Minnie Robertson, Brothers, Fred and Ron Robertson, Son Gale Pollock, Grandson Ron Pollock.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, November 24th at 1:00 pm. Memorial Estates on 6500 South Redwood Road.
