Peggy J. Davis

Peggy J. Davis, age 80 died on July 24, 2016 in Holladay, Utah. Born September 25, 1935 to Ethel and “Buck” Jones, sealed to Ralph M. Davis May 1, 1959 in the Salt Lake City Temple. Peggy was the eldest of eleven, mother of eight, grandmother and great-grandmother. Peggy served in many callings and was a devoted and lifelong member of the LDS church. She was a skilled seamstress, an avid reader and could whip up “biscuits and gravy” at a moment’s notice. She is survived by her children Lance, Audry DeGraw, Daniel, Vincent, Amy Landa, Lisa Nowaskey, Marla Burton, Willard, multiple grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Siblings; Velma Young, Duwain, Stanley, Laura, Carla Hardy and John. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and four siblings. A closed casket viewing will be held July 29, 2016 at 10:00 am followed by a graveside service at 11:00 at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, Utah.
