Peggy Ann Allen Anderson

Peggy Ann Allen Anderson age 87 passed away on June 16, 2021, in her home in Salt Lake City Utah. She was born on December 2, 1933, to Ernest Allen and Myrtle Campbell Rice Allen. She married Richard Duane Anderson on December 2, 1951.
She was a world-wide traveler and believed in celebrating life. She made caps for cancer patients, she enjoyed being in the water swimming, and was a longtime Beehive Roamer. She loved being part of the LDS Church. She was a crafty and free spirit, with a heart of gold.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and four brothers, children Leon, Cheryl, Duane, Rick and grandson Roger.
Peggy is survived by her husband Richard, Daughter Bonnie, 15 grandkids, 24 great grandkids, and one great great grandkid.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday June 22 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, a second viewing will be held on Wednesday June 23 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 23 from 2:00pm – 3:00pm at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary 3115 East 7800 South Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Interment will be at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery with a luncheon to follow.
