Patricia Joyce Colligan Mackey

Patricia Joyce Colligan Mackey, returned to her father in heaven on August 25th, 2018.
She was born November 22nd, 1940 in Salt Lake City, UT to Thomas Nelson and Lois Thompson Colligan where she lived her entire life close to family and friends.
Patricia had many passions in her life, including scrapbooking, bargain shopping, traveling, and most importantly her family. Patricia was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she loved teaching the primary children for over 50 years.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Milo Mackey;, 3 daughters, Colleen Wallace (Bert), Susan Scott (Ken), Anna Lucas Prince; and 3 sons, James Mackey, Jerry Mackey and Leonard Mackey (Alenae); 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Colligan (ReNae); sister, Shauna Black (John); Thomas Colligan (Cheri); and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Lois Colligan; Larry and ReNae Colligan;, and her son, Leonard Mackey.
Viewing services will be held on Thursday August 30th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Mountain View Memorial at 3115 E. 7800 S. SLC, UT 84121.
Funeral services, to celebrate her life, will be held on Friday, August 31 at 11:00 am at the LDS chapel located on 1244 W. Chavez Dr South Jordan, UT 84095, with a viewing from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family through Mountain View Memorial.
